Last night I went to an event to celebrate Cotton On’s 25th anniversary and I got to wear a few of my favorite pieces. [Thanks Cotton On!] I could not resist adding another pair of white distressed denim into my wardrobe.  No lie, out of all my white denim pieces that I have, this is definitely my new favorite pair and that’s mostly because it fits me the best lol. Dying to get these in black too.  I know my sister found a great pair at Express that I just might have to buy.  I am all about boyfriend button downs because they’re so easy to wear and are extremely versatile.  I love how they can be dressed down or up.  This one is so soft and loose fitted, but not too oversized.  You can’t really see it, but underneath I have on a white lace bralette.  I’ve been really into bralettes lately because they’re such a great alternative to a regular bra, especially when wearing low cut shirts and button downs.  I love it when a little bit of the lace peeks through.  It adds some sexiness while still remaining classy. 😉

I just can’t seem to get enough of this choker trend or layering necklaces. I think it just might be my new favorite thing to do when it comes to styling my outfits.  I feel like they are the perfect finishing touch.  I used to love wearing statement pieces, but lately I prefer daintier necklaces.  It’s always interesting for me to see how my style preferences change with time!  I definitely go through different phases.
