It’s officially starting to feel like fall! I’ve been patiently waiting for sweater weather and basically any excuse to wear my boots on a consistent basis. Who’s with me?
Each year, my style continues to evolve and I find myself gravitating more towards classic staples. While I of course still love to wear on trend pieces, it’s more beneficial for me to invest a little more in items that will provide me with much more versatility, especially during seasons like fall and winter.

I’ve styled a look with a few of my favorite items from the site and I think you’re going to love them as much as I do.
Denim is timeless and if anything, it continues to improve each year as more and more styles become available to us. I typically prefer a mid to high rise that are a bit distressed, as I believe that adds more depth and character to any look. This pair of AG jeans fit the mold. Speaking of fit, these couldn’t be any more perfect for me! They come right to my ankles, which as you know, is often an issue for me since I’m so petite. There’s a slight stretch making them extra comfortable and the rips at the knees will show when styled with a pair of pumps.
This season, I’m all about the Over-The Knee boot. I have another pair of Stuart Weitzman ones from three years ago that I still wear every fall and winter, so when I came across these I knew that they would be a great addition to my closet. Surprisingly, I never used to be a fan of kitten heels, but lately I’ve been singing a different tune. These look so classic, as they’re a boot that I know I will wear repeatedly for the next several years. They come in white too!

To complete the outfit, I went with this tie front turtleneck from Kendall & Kylie. I’ve never worn anything from their collection before, but I was pleasantly surprised! This gave me that 90s feeling of a shirt tied around my waist, but with a chic and sophisticated twist. I love this new take on the turtleneck. Definitely different than any other sweaters in my wardrobe.
