I’ve always shied away from mixing prints because to be honest I wasn’t really sure how I felt about it. I admired the risk taking though so after avoiding it for so long, I finally took the plunge. I love how this outfit came together because it was completely unplanned. Aren’t those the best ones? I picked out this polka dot top and decided that I wanted to bring out the olive color in the print. Once I paired it together with these shorts and bag I needed to figure out which shoes to go with. These green snakeskin pumps seemed like the perfect option. Once I had all of the pieces on this quickly became one of my favorite looks. When it comes to print mixing for beginners, I remembered the tip about sticking with the same colors. This is a great way to ease into it. I think that the bag really helped to balance everything out as well. I never really thought to pair polka dots with snakeskin. Now I need to think of other combinations. 🙂
Have a lovely day! <3
Definitely worth the risk – you look so polished and stylish!

I completely fell in love with this outfit when I first saw it on instagram, I like the way you used similar color tone for shorts and the top. The polka dots make the outfit look really attractive, and I adore those snake skin heels with a tint of green which is amazingly complementing the olive bag, you look super elegant and cute my love.

Loving the richly saturared tone of that bag. Beautiful in the summer but will be even more stunning in the fall/winter when paired with plush fabric and tones. Great piece to have in your collection.
