Saying Goodbye To Summer

Well, I guess the time has come to officially say goodbye to summer.  I can’t lie, I am a little sad to let it go, but definitely looking forward to the fall season and all that is still to come.  I have a few things up my sleeve that I am working towards, so hopefully all will plan out accordingly.  I did not get to go on many trips this summer, but it was still pretty amazing.  I spent so much more time with my family creating memories and I am very grateful for that.  These last few months have also been super productive for me, and I feel like it put me in a much better place.

One of the things that I did recently was take a trip to the beach with my mom.  Can you believe this was my first and only visit to the beach all summer?  I don’t know why I waited so long to go, but I am just happy that I got to be there at least once.  We took the drive down to Long Branch, soaked up all the sun, played around in the ocean, grabbed some food and then headed back home.  I seriously love these little day adventures with my mom and so happy that we continued our summer tradition by doing several fun things together on the weekends.  I shared all of it via snapchat so hope you enjoyed! 🙂

The rest of the year is going to be pretty intense and fast paced with a bunch of birthdays [including mine!], the holidays, my sister’s baby shower, prepping for my niece’s arrival in January and hopefully a trip.  It’s also fashion week this week, so I will be in the city for most of it and look forward to sharing another season with you guys.  I have a few more posts coming up this week and then I will probably only be present on instagram during NYFW.  Make sure to follow along there!  I hope that you all had an amazing summer and Labor Day weekend.  Cheers to an even better fall season!
