What I’m Wearing
Major spring feels with today’s look! This was one of those outfits that I put together spur of the moment and it turned out to be a new recent favorite. I bought this top right before my Stockholm trip and wore it out the first night. I hadn’t brought many dressy pieces on my trip, so I initially wore it with black pants, a hat and boots. It was super simple. Once I got home, I kept telling myself that I needed to style it completely different AND better for the blog. This time I really wanted to bring out the white in the print and the best way for me to do this was by pairing it with my distressed white denim. Perfect match. It still needed another element though and this camel blazer hanging in my closet caught my eye. I love the way it compliments the print in the top without it being too matchy. They’re actually two completely different colors, but they blended so well together. The blazer definitely helped to make this look stand out so much more. Sometimes all an outfit needs is an extra piece. I decided on these two toned camel pumps that I’ve had for a year or so. They’re literally that one pair that I always forget I have. Does that happen to you? I’m still searching for the best way to organize all of my shoes. That’s one of the things that gives me major anxiety about living in a studio apartment. #fashionstruggles
I have to say I’m really enjoying being able to curl my hair again! Using the right size barrel makes all the difference. My hair is actually starting to get long compared to how it was when I first cut it. Obviously the curls make it look much shorter though. Do you remember how long my hair used to be?! I admit that sometimes I do miss the versatility of longer locks and have thought about letting it grow out again. BUT, I really do love the short hair too. Which do you prefer?
Thanks for checking out today’s post. Hope you are having a great week so far! <3
