What I’m Wearing
Happy Monday loves! I hope that you all had a great weekend. I had a blast in AC on Saturday night with my mom. I took her to the new Premier nightclub at the Borgata hotel and let’s just say the woman has more energy than me. She is seriously so much fun and loves to dance the night away. I snap chatted the entire day and night and got so many amazing messages about my mom from you guys. Thank you for loving her! She really is the best.
It took me a few days after getting back from Charleston to find some inspiration to shoot again for the blog. When I travel, especially somewhere new, I get so inspired and absolutely love taking photos of everything. I just feel so different and sort of like a new person. When I get back home though, it’s often hard for me to find that same inspiration. I eventually do, but it definitely takes me some time to get back into the swing of things. So the first few days of being home, I was just not in the mood to put any looks together and I did not want to force it. I finally did though, but it’s another white on white outfit. I guess I just can’t help myself! I’ve probably worn these jeans too many times over the last two months, but as I’ve mentioned before they have become such a staple piece in my wardrobe. I want to get a few more different styles of white denim soon.
I loved the idea of wearing a plain v-neck tee and dressing it up a little with some gold necklaces and my new favorite nude heels. I am definitely into this whole choker trend that has recently resurfaced. The faux leather jacket was meant to add in a bit of edginess and instead of wearing it in every photo, I wanted to mix it up a bit by throwing it over my shoulders and even holding it too. I added in the leopard clutch for a pop of print and just really loved this whole white/nude combo. I think it’s such a chic and clean look for spring. Now if only the weather would get it together and give us some beautiful sunshine and warmer temps again!
Hope the month of May is off to a great start for you all.
