Traveling Beauty Essentials

I’m heading to LA early this morning for Lucky FABB West and I can’t wait to have some consistent warm weather!  I am such a procrastinator when it comes to packing and I typically wait until the last minute to get it all done.  I’m still trying to figure out my outfits for this trip because I will actually be staying in Cali for 9 days.  I definitely have vibrant colors, bold prints, sleeveless tops and open toe shoes on my mind!  Also, I finally got a full midi skirt that I’m looking forward to wearing out there too.  But I do feel prepared when it comes to all of the beauty essentials that I will be taking with me to the west coast. (Phew!)  So for today, I am going to be sharing some of those with you!

Olay Fresh Effects 


I have to say that I love this whole fresh effects line.  I recently posted about the {Bright On Schedule!} Eye Awakening Cream and I just can’t get enough.  I am taking it with me in my carry on because after my 6-hour flight, I am going to need to apply some for an instant pick-me-up!  It’s been so helpful in terms of keeping my under-eye skin hydrated and reducing puffiness.  I really love the cooling effect!

Another item from this line that I have been using lately is the {Dew Over!} Hydrating Gel Moisturizer. It’s another great product that helps make your face look and feel awake & energized.  My skin felt an instant cooling hydration thanks to the honey suckle and antioxidant-rich white tea.  It also goes on super light and smooth.  It’s definitely going to come in handy while I am in LA.

At the end of the day, I use their {Everything Off!} Deluxe Makeup Removal Wet Cloths before going to bed.  I can not travel without packing makeup remover.  These cloths are very refreshing and even take off waterproof mascara.  I’ve used a ton of different makeup remover cloths before and so many of them were not able to get rid of my mascara.  There’s nothing like a clean face and these definitely get rid of all the dirt and oil.

You guys know I am all about lipstick!  I love trying new ones out and experimenting with different shades.  Both of these are from the Bombshell collection.  The LipPerfection Jumbo Gloss Balm is perfect for quickly applying when you’re on the go.  It makes for a great travel companion when you need to do some touch ups.  It goes on as a sheer color and soft shine.  This LipPerfection Lip Color in Bombshell Explosion is a beautiful & bright shade of pink.  I’ll be wearing it with a bunch of looks on my trip.

Pantene Pro-V
