Last week I went to Rockefeller Center in NYC to check out the LG SIGNATURE Gallery. They had this really cool setup behind the skating rink to showcase their new line of products. I was seriously on a tech high from the insane 77” LG SIGNATURE OLED TV to the Door-in-Door Refrigerator that opens with a foot sensor. Oh and when you knock on the door, the light comes on to show you what’s inside. I mean, can I have that now, please? There was even an LG SIGNATURE washer/dryer Combo TWINWash™ that sends notifications to your phone when the detergent tank is empty. Wait, is this real life? Pretty sure my clothes would love both of these. There was also a super cool LG SIGNATURE Air Purifier that can be washed and reused for up to 10 years!
LG SIGNATURE is LG Electronic’s first-ever ultra-premium brand. It combines the best of LG’s cutting edge technology and world class design to bring you a luxurious and
sophisticated lifestyle experience. It was so cool to see everyone’s reactions as they were
interacting with this new line of products. Everyone seemed to be in awe, including myself. It’s always a different experience when you get to see things directly in front of you as
opposed to just seeing a photo, which is what I loved most about this whole event concept. It was all about that genuine first impression and having the ability to truly interact with each product.
At the Gallery, I got to meet the super sweet and stylish Preston Konrad. He has a show on TLC called Style by Jury. He’s with me in that photo up there! Funny story, I had totally stalked him on Instagram a few months ago and went on a liking spree. Didn’t think I would actually get to meet him! Preston was there with a clothing rack of items that he curated to chat about fall fashion trends and give people 1:1 style consultations to help them find their own signature style. I loved of all his picks. He was also explaining how the LG SIGNATURE Washer can be used to preserve your signature style clothing and it made me look at
washing clothes in a whole new light.
I think we can all relate to the never ending battle of doing laundry each week. I try to avoid it at all costs, so many times I have allowed my dirty clothes to pile up in the laundry
basket. All that does is give me anxiety though because in the end I am just giving myself
double the work. I end up lugging more baskets to the basement and have to wait for more loads to get washed one at a time. The worst is when I am trying to put together an outfit and then I realize that the shirt or jeans I need to complete my look is at the bottom of the dirty pile. It instantly puts me in a bad mood, but I know that it’s my own fault for not
washing my clothes sooner. Please tell me I am not the only one!
I remember back in college I would come home to wash all of my clothes because I hated
doing it at school. There was one day when our washing machine broke so I had no choice but to lug all of my laundry back to college and do it there anyway. That was the worst. For someone like me who procrastinates, especially with laundry, I need a washer that can make my life a little bit easier. What if I told you that the LG SIGNATURE Washer can wash two separate loads at the same time? Yes, you read that right! It’s compatible with the
LG SideKick™ pedestal washer, serving as an additional washing machine in the footprint of a laundry pedestal. This means that you are cleaning more clothes in less time. I also
really loved that it has a Full Touch On-Door Panel® because if I am being honest here, the knobs on some washers can be a bit confusing. I need this one in my life!
The LG SIGNATURE Gallery unveiled its new line of products on 10/5 with an exclusive red carpet gala featuring fashion designer Phillip Lim, the amazingly talented Savion Glover and Michelin-star Chef Dominique Crenn. It then opened to the public the next morning. Unfortunately, the Gallery already left New York, but will be traveling to Los Angeles soon! Did you get a chance to stop by Rockefeller and see it for yourself? If not, make sure to check out all of the LG SIGNATURE products here! Which one is your favorite?
