That right there is something that I have been saying to myself every day. I guess you could call it my new mantra. The goal is to continue adding on to this list so that it serves as my daily motivation to keep pushing forward. I tweeted this earlier in the week and even used it as one of my recent Instagram captions this week in the hopes that it could inspire
someone to work on these same things every day. I am so deep into this mindset of being
as positive as I possibly can. Of course things happen sometimes that we have no control over, but we do have control over our reactions. Whenever I catch myself getting back into that space, I snap out of it and remind myself of all the things that are right in my life. All I want to focus on is personal growth and being better all around.

Let’s dive into this mantra a bit further. Waking up every morning with positive energy and a grateful heart. I believe that the way we think and feel when we wake up will set the tone for the rest of the day. Whenever I wake up cranky or irritable, it becomes one of those days that is just “one of those days.” Everything seems to go wrong. Lately though, I wake up feeling happier and more positive. Instead of worrying about everything that did or did not happen yesterday or what I have to do tomorrow, I try to focus on TODAY. I remind myself of all I have and truly feel grateful for everything. This puts more calmness in my heart and mind. Setting daily goals and crushing them. You guys already know how I feel about this one, especially if you read this post. This has made the world of a difference for me. I create a list of personal goals each day when I wake up that is completely separate from the general To-Do list. I accompany each goal with a small action plan so that I know how I will accomplish it. This has felt so much more attainable and keeps me focused on the NOW.

Staying motivated to keep building. I have so many dreams and plans for myself and the only way to reach those bigger end goals is to stay motivated. I have to keep building my empire. I love what I do so much, but I want more. I want to expand my brand into other business ventures. I think sometimes the lack of motivation comes from comfortability. If you are too comfortable with where you are at in your life, then it’s time to venture outside of your comfort zone. Don’t be afraid to dream bigger. Fitness and nutrition is back on track. I have been working hard at this every single day for the last two weeks and I am so happy with my consistency. When I take better care of myself, I FEEL better about myself. This is a huge reason why I have been so pumped lately. I’m working out 3-5x a week and along with that I’ve been eating super clean and giving my body exactly what it needs. To me, this is not a diet or a fad. I want this to be my new lifestyle. I know that I have a very long fitness journey ahead, but I’m excited for the ride.

Creativity is flowing. I am inspired again and a huge part of this is due to all of the other steps listed above. I believe that everything is intertwined with one another. Improving one area of your life will help improve the others that need some extra love and attention. I have always been such a creative person. Whenever I lack creativity due to being in a rut, it literally hurts my heart. It makes me feel stuck and useless. It’s flowing now though and I’m excited to see the new content I can come up with. Breaking out of bad habits. This is a huge one and probably the most challenging, but it’s the most necessary. In order to continue growing, we have to let go of the bad habits that keep holding us back. I am pretty sure that all of our habits will differ, but I can guarantee we all have some that are not good for us. The biggest motivator for change is hate, not love. You have to start hating the way something makes you feel. You have to hate what it does to you and how much it affects your life in a negative way. When you finally do, that’s where the change comes in.

Accepting imperfections. We are all flawed. It is our imperfections that make us who we are. It’s the one thing that we all have in common because no one is perfect. It can be
extremely difficult to embrace our flaws and I will be the first to admit that, but I am learning to do more of this every day. It’s all part of building a stronger relationship with myself and strengthening my self love. Small changes every single day to become a better ME. That’s basically what all of this comes down to. It’s about making these small changes every day to become better. It doesn’t happen over night. It’s a process and you have to work hard at it. I know that it’s only been two weeks, but I’m proud as hell of how far I have come personally within this period of time. I will keep working at this because this is how I want to live my life.

I really hope that this post inspired and motivated at least one of you to live your life with this mindset. There’s no better time to start than right now. Just remember, forward
movement always. Love you! ❤️
