Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.
Ha! Literally every time I start wearing floral print during the spring season I think of this quote from the Devil Wears Prada. I have not really worn florals in awhile, but with Easter last weekend I was definitely in the mood to throw them on. I wore this outfit out to dinner on Good Friday with the fam. This blazer is actually part of a two-piece set. It comes with matching shorts and I can’t wait to wear it together as a whole. It’s obviously not warm enough for shorts yet, so I decided to style the blazer separately. That’s the main reason why I love matching sets so much. You are able to wear each piece together or separately giving so many different styling options.
Since some light layers are still needed, I decided to wear a thin sweater underneath the blazer. I feel like this is such a good alternative to a button down or even a blouse. It gives the look a different vibe. I was not initially planning to do so much pink, but since they’re all different shades I feel like it worked out really well. These pumps are from last year and I have seriously worn them so much. A good pair of shoes can very last a long time. I also got some new shades, finally! I swear I have so many pairs of sunglasses, but I love my black cat eyes so much and wear them every single day. These frames are so different from them, which I love, and they also add to my gold obsession! 😉
Hope that you are all having a great week so far. Can’t believe that tomorrow is already Friday, yay! As a quick side note, I’ve been making some progress with the new site design. It’s really going to be such a different feel than what it is right now. Looking forward to finishing it up and sharing with you guys! <3
Obsessed with your blazer. Perfect piece for spring.
